Zion Canyon
2012
Our adventure today takes us to the Zion Canyon, located in Zion National Park, Utah. It is 24 kilometers long and 800 meters deep in some places. The Virginia River ran through and created this red and bronze uniquely colored tunnel. Let’s explore it!
1st we do burpees along the edge of the water.. then we can go on a hiking trail through it..
Careful.. it’s slippery. Good thing we’ve been working on our balance and coordination skills!
Vibrams are great through here. They are like water shoes so we can get our feet wet but protect the bottoms of our feet, and they also have quite a good grip.
The unusual plant and animal life found here is very diverse. There are numerous plant species as well as 289 species of birds!
Look way up. amazing!
go through here..
I’m tempted to jump in. How about you?
Lots of warm towels and maca-enriched hot Mayan chocolate and Superfood snacks are waiting for when we come out.
Thanks for coming on the adventure! Have a great day!! : )
