This 15 minute interval training Power Clean Sandbag Workout makes 15 minutes go by really fast with a good variety of sandbag exercises to keep your mind engaged. This workout is non stop fast driving action. Great cardio in this 10 minute full body workout with emphasis on the legs and booty. The Jersey Turnpike exercise is amazing to help develop curves in the right places. This workout has a really fun and smooth flowing sequence of exercises. Time will fly and before you know it another great workout under your belt, and I mean literally, working to shape those legs and body. || Read more
This workout is 5 rounds of Jump Lunges, Crunches, Burpees and Skipping. The exercises are the same for each round, except for the crunches and for these you do a different type of crunch in each round. This workout took longer than I anticipated and really had me sweating. This is a serious leg workout and I was really feeling it the day after. Jump Lunges do amazing things for legs!! || Read more
This 15 minute interval workout is filled with fun dynamic Swiss ball rolling exercises. I loved the flow and combination of this one. You start off with burpees, then get the ball rolling with 3 awesome Swiss ball exercises and finish off the round with mind altering Crab Toe Touches. Do that 5 times. Sound Awesome? It is. I woke up thinking about 4×4 Burpees and Adventures in Burpeeland. We were in the back of a 4×4… last time I was in the back of a 4×4 was in El Negro (name of the truck) going through Mexico with a case of beer in the back.. that was a long time ago.
