This workout is a designed with clean lines and elegant styling. ; ) It is made up of 2 parts, both are 4 minutes of interval training and both have 2 exercises which you alternate doing for each round. I used my sandbag for one of the exercises in each round, if you don’t have a sandbag you can use a dumbbell, kettle bell, medicine ball or another weighted object instead.

This 12 minute workout goes through 2 rounds of 6 exercises. The 3rd and 6th ones are abs targeted exercises and spaced out to give some recovery (while working abs) between the action ones. I really liked the flow of this workout – time went fast and I felt the effects of it after. || Read more

For all of the exercises in this terrific workout I used my sandbag and I loved these sandbag exercises. I did a little over 2 rounds, but because of filming I started late and I think I could have done better! If you try it please let me know how many rounds you did. ..and eventually I will get it down to time it correctly! || Read more

This workout is done in a pyramid style. For the 1st round you do 15 burpees and the next round you do 14, the net 13 and so on down to 1. || Read more
