Quick Tip for on the Go – Superfood Cereal in a Bottle

This cereal combination makes a great quick breakfast to make and have for when you are on the run. It is packed with superfoods and over flowing with nutrition. It’s quick, easy and you can eat it right out of the bottle. Mason jars are the great for transporting foods like this and you can drink out of them so you have your own water bottle with you for after! Try this combo one day when you are in a rush.. it will sustain you with energy, alertness and clarity and you will be glad you did.
Superfood Cereal in a Bottle
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Ruth’s Chia Goodness (blend of chia, hemp &buckwheat) or if you don’t have this you can just put some chia seeds, hemp seeds and buckwheat if you have it.
Add superfoods:
2 Tbsp Goji berries
1-2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
1 tsp Bee pollen
1 tsp Maca
1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Fill bottle with fruit (not packed)
Fill again with warm Water and/or Almond Milk
Note: I used a Pear but Berries would be wonderful, frozen are fine. Or try tropical fruit: Mangoes, Pineapple and Banana.
Put the lid on and bring it with you, with a spoon.
