This avocado salad with mango and berries is a beautiful combination. Color was the focal point I was going for, combining lots of vibrantly colored ingredients. But it came out with so much more and was loved by all. The flavors are wonderful together and the light citrus dressing is a great compliment to bring out the flavors. It also has great texture with the creamy avocado and crunchy sliced almonds. And this salad is bursting with superfoods, so abundantly nutritious and great for giving you energy, detoxing and making you feel great!

Mango Berry Avocado Salad Recipe with a Light Citrus Dressing
Ingredients
1 cup Lettuce – packed
¼ cup Micro-greens or favorite Sprouts
1 Mango – peeled, pit removed and diced
1 Avocado – peeled, pit removed and diced
¾ cup Strawberries
½ cup Blackberries
¼ cup Raspberries
¼ cup sliced Almonds
3 Tbsp Red Pepper – sliced thin
6 large Basil leaves – sliced into a chifonade
Citrus Dressing
2 Tbsp Orange juice
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Olive oil
dash Salt
dash Cayenne
Directions
Mix the dressing in a small bowl. Mix the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the dressing on top and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
