I have a new Ugi workout to share with you. This workout has 3 parts and takes about 17 minutes of pure work; not ncluding breaks. This Ugi workout is great for shaping legs and firming, rounding the behind. But all of the dynamic Ugi exercises make this a great total body shaping workout. The Ugi pank butt blaster exercise looks innocent, but it is tough, and you will feel your glute muscles building afterwards. This sandbag workout is made up of 3 parts. It has two sandbag exercise challenges sandwiching a middle part of HIIT, high intensity interval training, alternating six favorite sandbag exercises. This core workout is made up of all bodyweight exercises. It has 2 parts, each with 4 different core and ab exercises that are rotated and done in intervals. This 16 minute HIIT workout has a great mixture of plank exercises with dynamic ab exercises that will really tighten your central core muscles. || Read more
This full body workout is great for toning the body all over. It focuses on the triceps, inner thighs, abs and tightening the core. The longer first part is a time challenge routine, alternating reps of 6 different exercises with lots of cardio built into it. The 2nd part is all about the abs and made up of 4 minutes of intervals, alternating 2 abs exercises. This bodyweight workout is fun and dynamic, which makes the time go by fast. || Read more
This abs core workout has 3 parts. It has 10 minutes of HIIT intervals with plank and crunch variations, sandwiched between two shorter time challenge rounds. The first and the third parts are made up of a fun exercise combo and take 3 to 4 minutes each. These rounds have a lot of jumping and movement, which is great for tightening and strengthening the core, and for building abs muscles too! There are also lots of squats to shape up legs. This sandbag workout is a time challenge workout, made up of 3 rounds. Each round has 5 sandbag exercises that together are great for all over body toning and with exercises to focus on many trouble areas. The high pull and clean and press exercises are great to tighten and tone the upper arms. There are 2 squat exercises, both of which tighten and shape the upper legs. Finally, the sit up exercise with sandbag lift strengthens and tightens the core while building ab muscles. || Read more
