This workout is comprised of just 2 exercises: burpees and skipping, and so is cardio intensive. Its a 2 part workout and a time challenge, but you can take as long of a break between the 2 parts as you like.

Workout Breakdown
Part 1
Do 4 rounds of the following:
13 burpees and 50 skips
Then take a break. I took 2 minutes, and continue on to part 2.
Part 2
Same as Part 1. Do it again!
For the burpees do with a push up or without, or freestyle, choose and do your favorites types of burpees. Same with skipping – freestyle, do it your way.
For me, I did all burpees with push up but I stepped back instead of jumping back for most of the 2nd round. For skipping, I skipped slower than usual, but steady. I did the 1st round in 9 minutes, then took a 2 min break and did the 2nd round in 9:10. So it was almost exactly 20 minutes.
Exercise Descriptions
Standing with feet hip width apart, squat down and place hands on ground in front of you, jump legs back into plank position, do a push up, jump legs back in and jump up in the air.
Regular skipping is like jogging in place while jumping rope, jump once each rope turn with alternating legs. Do your fav style of skipping for this workout.
