Bliss Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 ½ cups Strawberries (9)
1 cup Blackberries
1 Apple or Pear
1 cup Watermelon – cubed
1 cup Canteloupe – cubed
1 cup Green Grapes – halved
½ cup (6) Kumquats – sliced and seeds removed
½ Lemon – juiced, approx. 3 Tbsp
1 Tbsp Agave or other sweetener
Directions
Take ½ cup of strawberries and blend them with the lemon juice and agave or favorite sweetener. Cube, slice and prepare all fruit for salad. Peel and spiralize the apple or pear and then place in a bowl. Pour over the blended strawberry sauce. Add the rest of the fruit and combine gently. Serve and enjoy!
Keep in mind when selecting your apple or pear for spiralizing that a harder apple or pear is preferable than a softer variety. The fruit noodles will hold up better in the salad if they are made from a more firm fruit. For instance a just ripe Bosc pear would work better than a very ripe Bartlett pear.

Assemble ingredients
Slice and dice up the fruit.
Squeeze half a lemon. You will want 2 to 3 tablespoons of juice.
Blend a third of the strawberries, or a half cup, which for me was 3 large strawberries, with the lemon juice and a tablespoon of sweetener. Agave has less taste and so works best, but maple syrup or honey will work as well.
Blend to make your strawberry sauce.
Peel and then spiralize the apple. If you have an apple corer you may want to core the apple first or the seeds may get stuck in the spiralizer. If this happens it won’t hurt the spiralizer so no worries. Remove the apple and take out the seed or core stuck and then continue spiralizing.
Pour the sauce over the spiralized apple. I love how this looks something like pasta with tomato sauce. Fun switch up! ..and it’s delicious just like this.
Add the rest of the fruit to the bowl with apple and sauce.
Stir to mix the fruit together and serve. It’s an intriguing, colorful and delicious fruit salad!
