Anson’s Sunfire Noodle Soup Recipe
2012
I have been thinking lately about my plans for this website. One of my goals is to get up my favorite recipes that can sustain anyone on a 100% raw lifestyle or can up the health quotient of any diet. I have a collection of these favorite recipes that I make and eat regularly. Most are my own recipes but sometimes I come across a delicious super healthy dish and love it when I can share that also. Anson made this soup at one of Fatma’s pot lucks a couple years ago. This soup is really delicious and I’m happy that he loves to share too!
When I asked what was in it I got a rough version, you know “add a handful of this and then pour a little of that in” and so I had to recreate it as best I could with actual measurements.
This is what I came up with and I think I did a pretty good conversion.

About Sunfire Elixir
Sunfire Elixir is a favorite product that I used to use all the time. However, it is one of those products that I tend to go through phases with, especially since it is not always available and is sometimes harder to find. I had a great source for it in Toronto and would stock up usually at shows whenever I saw it being sold. Now I can’t find it stocked at my usual online resources. Here is a link to see info on it http://sunfireelixir.com/
Sunfire elixir is a really awesome product. It tastes great! Super spicy and flavorful. I heard it was made with 108 hand and wild crafted herbs and spices but just says on the website over 100. It is an all over health elixir. If I find another or better source for it I will post it & let you know. ..and if you know of one, please let me know too. (I just opened my last 8 oz bottle!)

Chop Red Peppers and the centers of zucchinis (left over from spiralizing – if your spiralizer doesn’t leave centers just leave these out, or chop up some zucchini in another shape)
Put the spiralized zucchini noodles and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Add chopped chives, parsley and hemp seeds
Blend together ingredients for soup base.
Add the soup base to the chopped ingredients and stir. It’s ready to eat. The pic below is of the original soup that Anson brought to Fatma’s. Delicious!!
