Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 English Cucumber – quartered and sliced thin
¼ small Red Onion – chopped
¼ Red Pepper – chopped
leaves of 2 sprigs of Cilantro
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T Agave
½ t Salt
Dash Cumin and Cayenne
Directions
Mix all together in bowl. Let marinate at least an hour before serving.
