3 Pulse Jump Squat – Start with legs in a wide stance and with feet pointing out, squat down so legs are parallel with ground, squeeze the glutes and pulse 3 times, just raising and lowering a little for each pulse and then come up jumping in the air and back with legs and feet in same position to start next rep.
