Fresh pressed juices are filled with sunlight and enzymes. All of the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients are already released from the plants fibrous cell walls and readily available to be absorbed. Juicing is one of the best ways to get an abundance of nutrients into your body quickly. Whole fruits and vegetables are great, but to get the same nutrition from eating them whole you would need to consume a huge quantity of them. Which juicer is best?

I have done a lot of researching and tested a lot of juicers and my favorite is the Omega. This is a single gear juicer, which juices leafy greens really well, which is one thing that the more common and generally less expensive centrifugal juicer do not do so well. I have the Omega 8003 model, but I am providing links for the newer model.
It looks great and reviews on it look equally great. I would bet on this juicer being the best.

There are some advantages to centrifugal juicers. Although they do not juice leafy greens as well and some produce they are generally less expensive, they are fast  and you can put in bigger pieces of produce in to juice – for instance, an apple will need to be quartered for the above single gear Omega juicer, but can be put whole into most centrifugal juicers.

3 Delicious Veggie Juice Recipes

These 3 Juice recipes are variations of various greens with carrots, which make a delicious and nutritious combination!  Drink juices as often as possible, at least a couple times a week to infuse your cells with vital nutrients which your body needs to thrive

Immunity Juice

1 Carrot
2 Celery stalks
½ bunch Spinach
1 Garlic clove
Add Cayenne – to taste after juicing

Heart Beet Juice

 2 Carrots
1 Beet
4 Kale leaves
½ bunch Parsley
2 Celery stalks
½ head Romaine

Veggie Vibe Juice

2 Kale leaves
½ bunch Spinach
1 Carrot
2 Celery stalks
1 Cucumber
