Assemble ingredients
I like to make the dressing before chopping vegetables, so that the flavors of the dressing have a chance to blend while I am getting the salad prepared. This is a very simple dressing so not as necessary as some dressings, but still nice to get out of the way. Here are the dressing ingredients.
Squeeze lemon juice into a small bowl and whisk in the other ingredients.
Prep and chop the produce.
Place all the ingredients in large bowl.
Toss with the dressing.
Serve and enjoy!
Hope you love it a much as we did here!
