This green juice recipe is not for the faint of taste. Wink My mom looked at me questioningly, like – You want me to drink that? haha. I loved it, but admittedly it is one of my stronger juices. I planned it that way as I knew I was going to make crackers from the pulp. Look for my Non Fiction Pulp Crackers coming tomorrow! || Read more

This leg workout is a doozy. I planned it to really target the glutes and upper leg muscles. I wanted a leg workout that I could feel the burn after, and it succeeded. I had a hard time sitting for the next 2 days! Maybe it’s partly from taking a longer break before workouts than I used to, but I know many of the leg exercises in this workout are really good ones for feeling the burn, and subsequently shaping the legs and behind. || Read more

This delicious green juice is sweetened with apple and flavored by basil and mint. It was delicious and a favorite with everyone.  I think I scared Mom from green juice with the garlic and ginger, which I love! But I won her back with the sweet mint. This is a great way to make a green juice taste great! || Read more

This is my Thanksgiving day green juice recipe. Yesterday was Thanksgiving here in Canada and to celebrate I filled this juice with lots of garden harvest produce.  Of course it had cranberries as we have such a surplus of these right now. I recently did a burpee challenge and it had me revisiting some previous burpee workouts that I really liked. This burpees workout is a time challenge workout that took me almost 20 minutes to get through. I love the ab exercises it alternates with the burpee exercises. This burpee workout alternates 5 types of burpee exercises with some awesome medicine ball ab exercises. Its a dynamic full body workout and I find these burpee workouts are the best for chiseling a tight, lean muscular body.  || Read more

I loved this green juice recipe. I actually made it a few days ago, but I may have to make it again. I loaded it up with garlic and cayenne and it was intense! But I loved it so I have to share! This green juice is filled with garden vegetables, think salad in a glass, and with lots of broccoli. The garlic and cayenne really give it strong healing powers. If you want to kill any virus or germs in the body – this is the juice to go for!  || Read more
