Chia doesn’t have a flavor on its own and takes on the flavor of whatever it is put with, in this case almond milk and vanilla. Chia seeds swell up and make you feel full quickly and so are great for weight loss and for endurance, helping you to stay full for a long time. These little seeds have a big nutritional profile and are also go great for your health.
