Immunity Green Juice Recipe

I loved this green juice recipe. I actually made it a few days ago, but I may have to make it again. I loaded it up with garlic and cayenne and it was intense! But I loved it so I have to share! This green juice is filled with garden vegetables, think salad in a glass, and with lots of broccoli. The garlic and cayenne really give it strong healing powers. If you want to kill any virus or germs in the body – this is the juice to go for!
Garlic Love
I love garlic and I find that eating garlic with raw foods had a much different, much better effect, than eating heavy garlic laden cooked foods. The garlic is not as strong or lasting with raw foods. I put a LOT of garlic in this juice, but I love garlic. You add as much as suits you. Start with less if you are unsure.
Garlic has amazing health benefits, but overall the antibacterial and antiviral properties of garlic are perhaps its most notable feature. Garlic is very beneficial in controlling infection by bacteria and viruses and also infection from other microbes including yeasts, fungi and worms. Yuck! The good news is that you can clean the bad stuff out of your body naturally, simply by eating more garlic!

½ head Romaine
2 cups Broccoli
3 Celery stalks
2 Carrots
1 Garlic clove
dash of Cayenne
